We've had a very busy month from John Walsh's awesome climate change discussion, to SKYWarn!

This email is to remind you of the procedures for officer elections. I've pasted them from the constitution below.

Because the quorum is 2/3 of all of our active members, please be sure to cast ballots, share platforms (if you would like to run for office but are unable to attend due to schedule conflicts I will share your platform for you at the meeting), and make nominations electronically. Self-nomination is allowed and encouraged. Please send all such items directly to me (Sara) at sstrey2@atmos.uiuc.edu. *Do NOT mail to ams-officers@atmos.uiuc.edu*

Also, please note that this meeting will be on a special date, Wednesday April 29 at 6:00 pm in ASB 109 to allow time for the maximum number of nominations and votes.
